Aldi joining $60M Target-anchored development on Cincinnati’s West Side

July 15, 2026

JULY 15, 2026 – In a story that broke earlier this week in Cincinnati Business Courier, Brian Planalp, Staff Reporter wrote, “A slew of new tenants have been signed to a forthcoming $60 million shopping center development on Cincinnati’s West Side.  Sycamore Township-based Midland Atlantic began site work on Harrison Town Center in the spring.  The development sits on 22 acres of former farmland along the north side of Harrison Avenue in the city of Harrison, across from the city’s Kroger store.”

The new project named Harrison Town Center is proposed to be anchored by freestanding Target.  An additional 76,750 square feet of retail space will be built along I-74.  Planalp explained that according to the city of Harrison, Aldi will be joining Target in the shopping center that is currently under construction.  Aldi was represented in the new lease transaction by Andrew Feinblatt of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group.  Click here to read the full story: https://www.bizjournals.com/cincinnati/news/2026/07/13/harrison-town-center-target-aldi-fifth-third-i-74.html?utm_source=st&utm_medium=en&utm_campaign=ae&utm_content=CI&j=46551410&senddate=2026-07-13&utm_term=ep2&empos=p2
