May 14, 2025 – Staff Reporter at Dayton Business Journal, Lauren Steen, broke some exciting news this week announcing HomeGoods has filed for a building permit to open a new store in Huber Heights, OH, just north of Dayton.  The new HomeGoods store is planned for a portion of the former Big Lots space at 5555 Executive Blvd. in North Heights Plaza.  The new HomeGoods store in Huber Heights will mark the third location in the Dayton region adding to existing stores in Beavercreek and in Miami Township at Austin Landing.  Eric Abroms and Scott Saddlemire of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented HomeGoods in the new lease transaction.  Click here to read the full story: Two national retailers plan storefronts at North Heights Plaza – Dayton Business Journal
