March 11, 2026 – Danielle Levi and Haleigh Jones of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group recently brokered the lease of the 20,081 square-foot former Toys R Us space adjacent to Bob’s Furniture at 2859 Miamisburg-Centerville Road in Miamisburg, OH.  The two tenant retail center is located at I-75 and Mall Woods Drive near Dayton Mall, and approximately 6.5 miles south of Dayton, OH.  Levi and Jones represented Waterstone Miamisburg, LLC in the lease to Prestige Home Furnishings.  The new Prestige Home Furnishings store will be opening soon as a relocation of their store in Kettering.  Prestige Home Furnishings offers a wide selection of mattresses and appliances, including refurbished appliances.
