February 25, 2026 – A new Chipotle location recently opened just east of Cincinnati in Milford, OH, in a lease procured by OnSite Retail Group.  The space, previously occupied by Rapid Fired Pizza at 200 Chamber Drive, was quickly backfilled by Haleigh Jones and Josh Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group based in Cincinnati, OH.  Jones & Rothstein represented the landlord, Hoffman United, in the new 10-year lease of 2,302 square feet near the Walmart Supercenter.
