Cincinnati Business Courier: OnSite’s Eric Abroms is ‘raising the bar’

September 24, 2025

SEPTEMBER 24, 2025 – Brian Planalp, Staff reporter for Cincinnati Business Courier, recently shined the spotlight on OnSite Retail Group’s Eric Abroms who has certainly made his mark on the retail real estate scene in Greater Cincinnati and beyond.  Abroms, along with business partners Andrew Feinblatt, Kristine Davidson and Scott Saddlemire, co-founded OnSite Retail Group in 2010.  “In the 15 years since he co-founded OnSite Retail Group, Eric Abroms has helped turn the firm into a powerhouse in Greater Cincinnati’s retail brokerage scene”, wrote Planalp.  OnSite Retail Group has grown from a company of 5 in 2010 to a team of 13 today.  And as Planalp reported, “Today, the firm represents more than 40 national and regional retailers, including T.J. Maxx and Tesla.  Abroms was behind the deal that brought Tesla to a former Burlington department store and Payless ShoeSource store in Columbia Township.”  OnSite represents its retailer and restaurant clients across a wide geographic area including Greater Cincinnati, Northern & Central KY, Dayton, Columbus, and Southern & Western OH.

Beyond brokerage, Abroms has been active in development for many years and is currently putting together a development in the northern Cincinnati suburb of Mason, next to the new Dorothy Lane Market which opened in August.  He has been involved in more than a dozen single and multi-tenant retail projects around the region.  Click here to read the full story: https://www.bizjournals.com/cincinnati/news/2025/09/19/eric-abroms-onsite-retail-group-q-a.html
