Cincinnati area township announces Aldi coming soon
September 23, 2025SEPTEMBER 23, 2025 – Last week, Hamilton Township in Warren County, north of Cincinnati, OH announced a new Aldi grocery store is on the way to the corner of Grandin Drive and State Route 48 in Hamilton Township. As stated in the township’s website posting, along with the pending arrival of Aldi, “comes the brand’s signature commitment to high-quality basics at unbeatable prices. Aldi has already established itself in Ohio with over 157 stores statewide, and this addition further expands its local footprint. Known for its efficient store format—everything from milk and bread to pantry staples is often displayed in original shipping boxes—the chain helps keep costs low and savings high. The Hamilton Township location is expected to mirror the roughly 25,000-square-foot builds seen elsewhere in the Cincinnati area, complete with streamlined layouts, specialty monthly items, and a treasure-trove-style shopping experience. While the exact opening date hasn’t been announced, construction is anticipated to begin soon, bringing Aldi’s affordable, no-frills shopping option straight to your neighborhood.”
Andrew Feinblatt of OnSite Retail Group represented Aldi in the transaction and leads the real estate efforts in representing the grocery chain across a broad area covering Greater Cincinnati & Northern KY, as well as Dayton, western and northwestern OH.
