AUGUST 26, 2025 – In a strategic move to fuel growth, Mikey’s Late Night Slice owner, Mikey Sorboro has listed his location in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine neighborhood with OnSite Retail Group duo Josh Rothstein & Zamaris Geleszinski.  Christian LeDuc, staff reporter at Cincinnati Business Courier, posted a story earlier this month detailing the restaurateur’s plans to sell his real estate without closing his successful business.  In his story LeDuc wrote, “Oddfellows Liquor Bar and Mikey’s Late Night Slice are not closing, but the property at 2014 Elm St. is for sale, according to co-founder and owner Mikey Sorboro, who plans to then lease back the space from the new owner.  OnSite Retail Group listed the land and building, which is next to Rhinegeist Brewery, earlier this month. The asking price is $2.5 million, according to Josh Rothstein, OnSite’s vice president of sales and leasing.  The listing is for the real estate, which spans more than 5,000 square feet on the main floor and a 3,000-square-foot lower level, and assets, including the liquor license, all furniture and equipment, according to OnSite’s listing brochure.”
