August 5, 2025 – The “sub above” is coming to Bishop Square in Oxford, OH.  Famous for being the home of Miami University, Oxford will soon welcome a new Jersey Mike’s restaurant to 419 S. Locust Street in the mixed-use development right across the street from TJ Maxx.  Jersey Mike’s signed a lease for 2,302 square feet in a deal brokered by Zamaris Geleszinski and Haleigh Jones of OnSite Retail Group on behalf of landlord, EVR Investments, LLC.
