OnSite Retail Group secures deal with new-to-market Vicious Biscuit
July 24, 2025JULY 24, 2025 – Staff reporter at Cincinnati Business Courier, Christian LeDuc, announced earlier this week that Vicious Biscuit hopes to open its first Greater Cincinnati location by year end in a former MOD Pizza location in West Chester across from Liberty Center. Vicious Biscuit’s offerings draw from its southern roots. Vicious Biscuit is known for its large, scratch-made biscuits and other comfort foods popular in the southern US. Franchise owner Jacob Mulvey signed a lease on the 2,400 square foot space at 7240 Outfitters Way. The lease was brokered by Zamaris Geleszinski and Josh Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group on behalf of building owner, Kent Lilley. In his story LeDuc wrote, “Vicious Biscuit is a very guest-centric brand, according to Mulvey. It’s one of the reasons he wanted to acquire a franchise. He told LeDuc, “It’s about providing a great customer experience with a little bit of the touch of Southern hospitality. There’s a little something for everybody, which is another slam dunk.” Rothstein told LeDuc, “Of all the other tenants we garnered interest from, selecting this exciting breakfast concept to backfill MOD Pizza synergizes nicely with our tenant lineup while offering a balanced addition to the Liberty market.”
