JULY 14, 2025 – Josh Rothstein recently sat down last week for an interview with Cincinnati Refined to discuss all the goings on in Madisonville, one of the 52 neighborhoods of Cincinnati.  Rothstein discusses new businesses coming to Cincinnati’s east side with a focus on Madisonville, where two of the new businesses are entering via leases brokered by Rothstein and OnSite Retail Group associates Haleigh Jones and Danielle Levi.  One of the new businesses is a highly anticipated new restaurant being opened by chef Kevin Armon called Concorde at the mixed use development Madamore developed by Ackermann Group.
