July 3, 2025 – Get your rubber chicken ready.  The highly anticipated grand opening for Cincinnati’s first Dave’s Hot Chicken will happen on Friday, July 4^th!  The new restaurant is located at 3208 Vandercar Way in Cincinnati’s Oakley neighborhood across from Kroger Marketplace.  Dave Sheehy of OnSite Retail Group represented Dave’s Hot Chicken franchisees and business partners Christian Bankhead, Jaxon Tews and Jason Little of BLT Ventures in the lease at Oakley Station.  Also involved in the Oakley transaction was Josh Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group representing the owner of the property.  There’s no better way to celebrate our nation’s birthday than enjoying some Dave’s Hot Chicken, so stop by on the 4^th of July!
