MARCH 20, 2025 – Dunkin’ is planning another Beavercreek location across the street from the Mall at Fairfield Commons.  Word of the new location first appeared in a story this week by Lauren Steen, Staff Reporter, at Dayton Business Journal.  The new location at 2730 N. Fairfield Road in Rex Centre is currently under construction.  Steen explained the new café will occupy an 1,880-square-foot space next to NY Nails and Great Clips.  Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group represented Dunkin’ franchisee, Gilligan Company, in the lease transaction.  Danielle Kuehnle of Oberer Realty Services represented the landlord in the transaction.  Read the full Dayton Business Journal story here: Skechers and Dunkin’ sign leases at Beavercreek’s Rex Centre – Dayton Business Journal

Natalie Jones of Dayton Daily News also weighed in on the Dunkin’ news.  Jones wrote a story on the new location and spoke to Gilligan Company’s spokeswoman, Julea Schuh Remke, who told Jones, “We felt like a second Dunkin’ close to I-675 and the mall area would benefit our guests.  We want to be convenient for our guests and this location made sense.”  Remke also told Jones, “We also have other sites in Dayton for 2026, but they are early in the planning phase,” Remke said.  Read the full story in Dayton Daily News here: Dunkin’ to open second location in Beavercreek near The Mall at Fairfield Commons
