MARCH 17, 2025 – The once popular Littlefield restaurant in Cincinnati’s Northside neighborhood closed last month, but no time was wasted on finding a replacement tenant.  Josh Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group represented the landlord in the lease transaction.  As reported by Christian LeDuc at Cincinnati Business Courier, “Therapy Cannabis is opening its first Cincinnati-area dispensary in Northside in the former Littlefield restaurant, at 3934 Spring Grove Ave.”  LeDuc wrote last week that an official grand-opening date has not yet been set, but he cited a news release from the company advising the dispensary is expected to open this spring.

 

LeDuc said, “Therapy Cannabis is a fully owned subsidiary of TheraTrue Inc., a national medical and recreational marijuana company.  Once open, the dispensary will host educational workshops, information sessions and community engagement events focused on cannabis science and wellness.”
