OnSite Retail Group’s Danielle Levi brokers deal at Mason Square

November 19, 2024

NOVEMBER 19, 2024 – A popular cat café will soon be relocating in Mason, OH, just north of Cincinnati.

The owner of Kitty Brew Café, Jenni Barrett, is in the process of selling the business to trusted employee Kelly Anderson, who just signed a new lease to move the café to Mason Square shopping center located at 717-729 Reading Road, at the intersection of Reading & Tylersville Roads.  Kitty Brew Café serves as both a cat adoption center and a café.  The new café will measure just over 3,300 square feet.

Christian LeDuc, staff reporter for Cincinnati Business Courier, posted a story about the transition last week.  LeDuc explained, “Kitty Brew currently has eight employees. It partners with five different rescues including His Hands Extended Sanctuary, the Scratching Post, Hart Animal Rescue, the Paws Cause Rescue and Animal Friends Humane Society.  Kitty Brew has around 20 to 25 cats available for meet and greets on any given day. The business makes money on the admission prices and the sales in the cafe and store. Since its opening, Kitty Brew has helped place over 4,300 cats in permanent homes.  The adoption fee for a cat goes back to the rescue that Kitty Brew partners with to help cover the vet costs of getting the cat neutered or spayed and vaccinated.”

Danielle Levi with OnSite Retail Group represented Anderson in the transaction.  Levi told LeDuc, “Having grown up in this area, and as a cat lover, I knew how to find them the perfect space to capture their ideal customers.”  Levi began the search for new space in July and found the perfect match at Mason Square.  Anderson said to LeDuc, “Danni was able to deliver on this, which is amazing.”
