NOVEMBER 18, 2024 – Pet Supplies Plus franchisee, Brad Phillips, was chosen by developer, Myers Y. Cooper Company, to be the honorary ribbon-cutter for Township Center, the new retail center in Hamilton Township, Warren County, northeast of Cincinnati.  The ribbon cutting ceremony was held on November 7^th at the Cooper Company’s new 20,725 square-foot center at 6400 S. State Route 48.  Pet Supplies Plus will be the anchor tenant of the new project.  Also joining the lineup will be Great Clips.  OnSite Retail Group’s Scott Saddlemire represented Pet Supplies Plus and Phillips in the new lease transaction while Andrew Feinblatt and Haleigh Jones represented Great Clips, who will be relocating from 5765 State Route 48 in Hamilton Township.
