NOVEMBER 14, 2024 – Great news hit the wire last week for chicken fans.  Dave’s Hot Chicken, a fast-casual restaurant specializing in Nashville-style hot chicken is planning two new locations in the region following the completion of leases for new locations in Oakley and Florence, KY.  Dave Sheehy of OnSite Retail Group represented Dave’s Hot Chicken franchisees and business partners Christian Bankhead, Jaxon Tews and Jason Little of BLT Ventures in both leases.  OnSite Retail Group was also involved in the Oakley transaction with Josh Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group representing the owner of the property in Oakley Station at 3208 Vandercar Way in Cincinnati.  The new Florence, KY location will be located in the Houston Road Shoppes development, at 4960 Houston Road.  Both new restaurants will open in the spring, and the company is working with Sheehy who is actively looking for additional locations.
