SEPTEMBER 9, 2024 – Zamaris Geleszinski and Josh Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group recently brokered the sale of a former Frisch’s property in Cincinnati, OH, on behalf of NNN REIT, LP.  The former Frisch’s Big Boy restaurant at 3226 Central Parkway had been in operation for decades.  After receiving interest from numerous parties, Geleszinski and Rothstein negotiated a sale with the neighboring church, Christian Ministries Inc., for $1.35M.  Geleszinski and Rothstein still have three additional Frisch’s restaurant properties available in North College Hill, OH, Erlanger, KY and Moraine, OH, near Dayton.  Click here to read all the details on the deal in Cincinnati Business Courier:
