Dunkin’ plans two more Dayton-area locations
September 5, 2024SEPTEMBER 5, 2024 – The largest coffee brand in the U.S. is planning two new stores in the Miami Valley region. Lauren Steen, Staff Reporter at Dayton Business Journal, posted a story yesterday revealing the locations of the two new cafes. Steen wrote, “Dunkin’, a global coffee brand, is planning its next storefronts in West Carrollton and Beavercreek. The addition of the two cafés brings the Dayton total to roughly 20.
A Dunkin’ location will open at 801 E. Dixie Drive in West Carrollton, in the site of a former Sonic Drive-In. Chris Zimmerman, a spokesman for Dunkin’ franchisee Gilligan Company, confirmed the new storefront will start construction by end of 2024, with hopes to open in 2025.”
Steen went on to say, “Dunkin’ also recently signed a lease for another location in Beavercreek at 2730 N. Fairfield Road. The 1,880-square-foot space will reside across the street from The Fairfield Commons, one of Dayton’s largest shopping centers. Scott Saddlemire of OnSite represented the tenant and Danielle Kuehnle of Oberer Realty Services represented the landlord.” Gilligan Company continues to seek new locations in the Dayton and Cincinnati regions.
