JULY 16, 2024 – Eric Schwartzberg posted a story today for Dayton Daily News announcing the first retail establishment to appear at the highly-anticipated $75M River District development in West Carrollton may be Culver’s, who is being represented by OnSite Retail Group.  The site is approximately six miles south of downtown Dayton, OH, just off I-75.

 

Schwartzberg wrote, “The project by the fast-casual restaurant franchise known for its ButterBurgers and frozen custard is set to go before West Carrollton Planning Commission on Aug. 1. That represents the start of the formal approval process for its establishment in the district on the southeast corner of East Dixie Drive and Manchester Road, the city said Monday.  West Carrollton and the franchisee are still working through the final details of the possible land sale, according to the city.”  The River District project is a public-private partnership between the City of West Carrollton, Woodard Development and Dillin LLC.
