July 3, 2024JULY 3, 2024 – DiBella’s Subs opened another Columbus-area restaurant on June 26th at 4980 E. Dublin-Granville Road – its second opening in Central Ohio this year. Prior to 2024, the family-owned, Rochester, New York-based chain operated two locations in the region – one in Dublin and another near Grandview Heights by Lennox Town Center.
Dan Eaton, Staff Reporter at Columbus Business First contributed a story earlier this week and in describing the chain’s growth explained, “It’s now doubled that local footprint, opening at 7105 N. High St. in the Worthington Gateway in March and this week at 4980 E. Dublin-Granville Road at Casto’s Hamilton Quarter development. It’s the fourth DiBella’s in Central Ohio and the 16th in the state. The chain now has 45 locations in five states.”
Scott Saddlemire and David Sheehy of OnSite Retail Group represented DiBella’s in the new lease transaction.
