APRIL 24, 2024 – East side Cincinnatians have known about this bar & grill for decades, and now they have a chance to buy it.  As Cincinnati Business Journal reporter Christian LeDuc reported earlier this week, “The Pilot Inn, located at 3921 Edwards Road, is for sale.  The 3,072-square-foot, two-story bar, restaurant and apartment building sits next to Rookwood Commons.  It’s a prime location to do business, with plenty of traffic, but owner Craig Williamson is turning 71 soon and said he needs a break.  He connected with OnSite Retail Group’s Josh Rothstein about a year ago but didn’t make the decision to sell until recently.”
