FEBRUARY 9, 2024 – Pimlico Pointe, a unique mixed-use development, is now under construction in Deerfield Township, a highly-desirable northern suburb of Cincinnati.  OnSite Retail Group client Silverman & Co. of Blue Ash, OH is the creative developer behind the 26-acre project.  The $70 million development will feature a mixture of residential products for rent, as well as four outlots for retail and commercial development being marketed by OnSite Retail Group.

 

Silverman and Co. is building 245 apartments and featuring 61 single family homes with 2-car garages for rent.  Ryan Silverman of Silverman & Co. told Chris Wetterich of the Cincinnati Business Courier, “It hasn’t been done much in Greater Cincinnati.  If you wanted that type of living experience, you’d have to purchase it. I think that’s very unique for this region.”

 

Josh Rothstein and Jeff Smith at OnSite Retail Group are handling the leasing of retail and commercial space on the outlots.  Rothstein explained to Wetterich, “We’re targeting retail and restaurant users that have offerings that aren’t currently represented in that area. You’re trying to bring some new uses.”  And pointing to the residential population that will be living at Pimlico Pointe, he said, “This is oftentimes the difference maker for a restaurant that’s dead on a Monday or one that’s busy.”
