December 13, 2023 – Pet Supplies Plus will open a new store in Wilmington, OH on December 15^th.  The new 6,000 square foot store will feature a self-serve dog wash and grooming services will be located at 1316 Rombach Avenue in the Kroger-anchored Wilmington Plaza.  Scott Saddlemire of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented Pet Supplies Plus franchisee AVHM Ventures, LLC in the lease transaction with the landlord, Broad Reach Retail.
