NOVEMBER 21, 2023 – The Cincinnati Business Courier broke the news yesterday that a new fitness club is coming soon to the City Club apartments in downtown Cincinnati.  Christian LeDuc, Staff Reporter at Cincinnati Business Courier wrote, “ Work on a new group fitness studio is underway inside one of Cincinnati’s most iconic and historic buildings.  Eleven Fitness Club will occupy around 7,000 square feet of space on the first and second floor of the Union Central Tower along Fourth Street, also known as PNC Tower.  Childhood friends and business partners Nick Broerman, who also owns downtown bar Queen City Exchange, and Ryan Davidson are fitness industry veterans.”

OnSite Retail Group client, City Club Apartments Union Central, is the owner of the property.  Josh Rothstein, vice president of sales and leasing for OnSite Retail Group, represented the owner in the transaction and worked with the two friends to finalize the deal.  “With the Central Business District continuing its demographic shift from office to residential, bringing a centralized boutique fitness studio within City Club not only complements the development’s aesthetic, but also provides downtown a welcome amenity for which it’s been longing,” Rothstein told LeDuc.  Broerman and Davidson plan to open the new club in early 2024.
