NOVEMBER 27, 2023 – Marshalls opened a new store in Hillsboro, OH to a welcoming crowd on November 16^th.  The new store is located at 106 Careytown Road, just off Harry Sauner Road between Lowe’s and Walmart Supercenter.  The new retail center was developed by Cocca Development based in Youngstown, OH.  Eric Abroms and Scott Saddlemire of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented Marshalls in the lease transaction.  Marshalls is part of The TJX Companies, Inc., based in Framingham, MA.  With over 4,800 stores across the U.S. and 8 other countries, The TJX Companies, Inc. is the leading off-price apparel and home fashions retailer in the U.S and worldwide.
