Columbus Business First: DiBella’s coming to Worthington Gateway
September 13, 2023DiBella’s Old Fashioned Subs will soon open its third Columbus-area restaurant in Worthington, OH, just north of Columbus. Dan Eaton, reporter for Columbus Business First, broke the news writing, “Worthington Gateway is proving to be a destination for restaurants and food brands hungry for expansion.” Worthington Gateway is a new 78,000 square foot mixed-use development at the southwest quadrant of N. High Street and W. Wilson Bridge Road. DiBellas’ new restaurant will measure 2,730 square feet in the same building facing N. High Street as Maple Street Biscuit Company, Five Guys Burgers & Fries and Lion Cub’s Cookies. Scott Saddlemire and David Sheehy of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented DiBella’s in the new lease at Worthington Gateway, and also in a new ground lease in the Hamilton Quarter development in Columbus near New Albany.
