OnSite Retail Group recently arranged the sale of a commissary located on the west side of Cincinnati.  The 3,840 square-foot commissary, in the Lower Price Hill neighborhood of Cincinnati, is located at 917 State Avenue.  Zamaris Geleszinski and Josh Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group represented owner, Lou Ginocchio, in the transaction.  The buyer was Tiffany Biddle, owner and CEO of Sweet Mae’s Cookie Company, who was represented by Todd Vollmer of Midland Retail.

Sweet Mae’s Cookie Company has earned quite a reputation in recent years as Biddle has grown her online bakery business based on southern desserts and flavors from several generations of her family’s baking.  In 2022, Sweet Mae’s Cookies started offering their premium stuffed cookies at 152 Target stores.  The cookies are also available at ETC Produce & Provisions at Findlay Market in the Over the Rhine neighborhood in Cincinnati.
