Township Square, in the south Dayton suburb of Washington Township, is set to welcome its newest tenant, BIBIBOP, later this week.  The new lease was brokered by OnSite Retail Group’s Josh Rothstein who handles the marketing and leasing of the retail center for the owner, Township Square Shopping Center 12, LLC.  On Friday last week, Blythe Alspaugh, Staff Reporter at Dayton Business Journal, announced the new restaurant’s opening date later this week.  Alspaugh wrote, “BIBIBOP, a Korean-inspired restaurant with one location currently open in the Dayton market and more on the way, will open the doors to its Washington Township location on July 13.  The restaurant, located at 1057 Miamisburg Centerville Road in Dayton, is the second BIBIBOP to open in the Dayton region.”  Charley Shin, founder of BIBIBOP, was quoted by Alspaugh saying, “The BIBIBOP Asian Grill concept has performed very well with consumers, as demonstrated by our steady growth through the years.”
