OnSite Retail Group brokers $1.4M deal with Panda Express
June 14, 2023OnSite Retail Group’s Josh Rothstein closed a noteworthy deal last week with Panda Express. Panda Express’ development arm, CFT NV Developments, paid Rothstein’s client, ACF Property Management, a whopping $1.4M for a .7-acre parcel at the northwest corner of Miamisburg-Centerville Road & McEwan Road where the fast casual restaurant chain plans to build a 2,600 square foot restaurant. The new restaurant will be located at 1035 Miamisburg-Centerville Road in Washington Township, a highly desirable retail market in southeastern Dayton, east of Dayton Mall. Reporter Eric Schwartzberg broke the news in this morning’s Dayton Daily News. Schwartzberg noted, “It will be the first in the region to feature the company’s new prototype, which is “designed to accommodate the increased demand for online ordering and drive-thru channels,” according to Chain Store Age, which reports on retail, including restaurants. Panda Express is a family-owned company that opened its first restaurant in 1983 and now has more than 2,500 locations.”
Rothstein, OnSite Retail Group’s vice president of sales and leasing told Schwartzberg, “It’s only 0.7 acres, but it was just big enough for them to make it work. Miamisburg Centerville road is a very dominant corridor in this market, so to have a location here was something that they needed and was a perfect fit.” Click here to read the full story in Dayton Daily News: OnSite Retail Group brokers $1.4M deal with Panda Express
