The east side Cincinnati-area suburb of Anderson Township will soon have its first golf simulator later this year.  Golf simulators are an increasingly popular entertainment venue all around the country and the trend is taking hold now in the Greater Cincinnati region.

Abby Miller, Reporter with Cincinnati Business Courier, released a story earlier this week writing, “Ken Kaiser will be opening All In Golf – an indoor golf facility featuring golf simulators, golf leagues, tournaments and lessons – in the late summer or early fall of 2023. The first-of-its-kind establishment in Anderson Township will be located at 8182 Beechmont Ave. The storefront was previously pet store The Pet Bowl.  All In Golf will have five TrackMan golf simulators when it opens. TrackMan is the industry leader for golf simulators, Kaiser said, and each simulator comes loaded with over 200 golf courses for patrons to choose from. All In Golf will have a similar model to other indoor golfing experiences, where bays can be reserved at an hourly rate.”  “Our whole thing is this is a place for entertainment and to have fun,” Kaiser told the Business Courier.  Miller added, “In addition to golf simulators, All In Golf will have a putting green, a concessions counter, a space dedicated to repair services, a lounge and private golf bays in the building’s rear. One of the private bays will be located next to an existing garage entrance to the building, which Kaiser envisions raising to open outdoor access to corn hole and grilling.”

The lease with All In Golf was brokered by Joshua Rothstein, OnSite Retail Group’s vice president of sales and leasing who represented the landlord, American Commercial Realty Corp.  “The Beechmont Avenue corridor is packed with a plethora of national retailers and chain restaurants, so it’s a privilege to have filled this vacancy with a local establishment that also complements Anderson’s synergy with some very welcome ‘retailtainment,’” Rothstein told the Business Courier.  Click here to read the full story: OnSite Retail Group closes deal with All In Golf in Anderson Twp.
