Dave Sheehy of OnSite Retail Group didn’t have to look far to find the right location for the Cincinnati area’s second Nekter Juice Bar.  The new location is just around the corner from OnSite’s office in Kenwood.  Cincinnati Business Courier Staff Reporter, Liz Engel, broke the news today, writing “Nekter Juice Bar will serve its first customers at 8 a.m. May 19 in Sycamore Township at 7829 Kenwood Place, across from Kenwood Towne Centre.  Franchisees and husband-and-wife team Sarah and Brad Downs recently signed a three-store agreement with the brand, and the opening comes 19 months after their first store debuted in October 2021 at Oakley Station.  The Kenwood location, at 770-square-feet, features bar seating – which fits in with the concept’s heavy grab-and-go model, Sarah Downs said – and access to an outdoor patio.  Nekter’s menu features handcrafted acai bowls – by far its most popular order, Sarah Downs said – as well as fresh-pressed and cold-pressed juices, smoothies and healthy snacks.”

Kenwood Place is a 74,000-square-foot mixed-use development located on Kenwood Road between Montgomery Road and E. Galbraith Road.  The center is undergoing a major overhaul with a new lineup of tenants and a fresh exterior.  Engel quoted Downs who described the ongoing construction, “It’s probably going to be a little less busy at first, but we’re really excited about being in Kenwood,” she said. “We learned from the first store that it’s all about location, location, location. You can’t beat this visibility.”
