Dollar Tree recently opened two new stores in Hamilton and West Chester, OH.  The 12,700 square-foot new store in Hamilton is located at 1510 Plaza Drive next to Ace Hardware in Twin Brook Plaza near the intersection of Millville Ave. & Smalley Blvd. on the west side of Hamilton.  The new store which opened in April marks the fourth for Dollar Tree in Hamilton.  In southern Butler County, Dollar Tree opened a new 10,408 square-foot store in March at Beckett Commons, 8146 Princeton-Glendale Road in West Chester, OH.  Both deals were brokered by OnSite Retail Group’s Kristine Davidson, who represents Dollar Tree in their expansion efforts across much of Ohio.  Dollar Tree, Inc., a Fortune 200 company, is headquartered in Chesapeake, Virginia and operates 16,000+ stores across the 48 contiguous U.S. states and five Canadian provinces.
