The Xenia Gateway development in Xenia, OH welcomed its newest tenant last Tuesday.  Premier Health opened the doors of their newest 15,000 square foot medical office building in the 13-acre development by Nashville, TN-based Baker Storey McDonald Properties.  Aldi was the first tenant to open in the project, but coming soon are Dunkin’, Popeyes and Fifth Third Bank.  OnSite Retail Group based in Cincinnati is handling the marketing and leasing for Xenia Gateway.  Dayton Daily News Staff Reporter, Jeremy P.
