OnSite Retail Group client and Ace Hardware franchisee, E&H Hardware Group, celebrated the opening of their new 14,000 square foot store at Twinbrook Plaza in Hamilton, Ohio this month.  The new store is located at 1500 Plaza Drive.  This was one of two Ace Hardware store deals brokered by Andrew Feinblatt and Kristine Davidson of OnSite Retail Group.  The second Cincinnati-area transaction by Feinblatt and Davidson was completed on behalf of franchisee, Great Lakes Ace Hardware, at the Brixmor-owned Brentwood Plaza in Finneytown at 8541 Winton Road.  Ace Hardware currently operates 16 stores in the Greater Cincinnati area and over 5,000 stores around the world with the majority of those stores independently owned and operated by local entrepreneurs.
