Dan Eaton of Columbus Business First broke the news recently that DiBella’s Subs is planning to open a new restaurant in the dynamic Hamilton Quarter master development in northeast Columbus.  Scott Saddlemire and David Sheehy of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented DiBella’s in the lease transaction.  Rochester, NY-based DiBella’s plans to build a new restaurant on a 1.47-acre land parcel directly across the road from Target at the northeast corner of E. Dublin-Granville Rd. and N. Hamilton Road.  Saddlemire and Sheehy represent DiBella’s in the Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus, OH markets.
