Dayton Business Journal: Popeyes, Dunkin’ coming to Xenia Gateway project

June 21, 2022

John Bush, Senior Reporter for Dayton Business Journal contributed a story today about a new development underway on the west side of Xenia.  Bush wrote, “What started as a search for a new grocery store location has morphed into a large-scale, mixed-use project in the city of Xenia. Dubbed “Xenia Gateway,” this effort has gained momentum in recent months with the signing of new tenants and the start of site development work for the project’s second phase.”  Xenia Gateway started with the opening of Aldi in phase one of the project in 2020.  Kicking off phase two will be Popeyes, Dunkin’ and Fifth Third Bank.  Dairy Queen has submitted a permit application and a medical office building is also proposed.  Andrew Feinblatt of Cincinnati-based OnSite Retail Group uncovered the opportunity for Xenia Gateway while conducting a site search on behalf of his client, Aldi.  OnSite Retail Group joined forces with BSM Development who acquired the roughly 15-acre site in 2019.  Click here to read the full story: Dayton Business Journal: Popeyes, Dunkin’ coming to Xenia Gateway project
