JUNE 9, 2022 – Cincinnati Business Courier Senior Staff Reporter, Andy Brownfield, posted a story today announcing a new fast casual sushi restaurant is coming soon to Anderson Township on the east side of Cincinnati.  In his story Brownfield wrote, “Fusian is a build-your-own sushi concept serving made-to-order sushi rolls that include nontraditional cooked protein options like chicken, shrimp and steak in addition to varieties of raw or smoked fish. Customers can choose between white and brown rice, and vegetable options such as asparagus, avocado, jalapeños and carrots. Toppings like sriracha, spicy mayo and tempura crunch are also available.”  The new location at 6701 Beechmont Avenue will be the chain’s fourth in the Cincinnati area.  Josh Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group represented Fusian in the new lease transaction.
