One of Greater Cincinnati’s favorite bakeries is set to open a new store in Highland Heights, KY, just south of Cincinnati. Servatii Pastry Shop and Deli will backfill a 1,472 square foot space at 2740 Alexandria Pike, Highland Heights, KY, close to Northern Kentucky University. Servatii signed a 10-year lease and plans to open the new store in June.

The new Highland Heights location will be the 14th for Servatii, and their second in Northern KY. Servatii is owned and operated by the Gottenbusch family of Cincinnati, who have been in business for nearly 60 years. Kristine Davidson, Principal at OnSite Retail Group, represented the landlord in the transaction. OnSite Retail Group is based in the Cincinnati, OH suburb of Kenwood.
