Dollar Tree continues to grow in the Cincinnati area, and the chain’s store count just increased by three, thanks to recent new 5-year leases brokered by OnSite Retail Group’s Kristine Davidson.
One of the new stores is in a 10,400 square-foot space recently opened in the northeast suburb of Maineville, in Twenty Mile Plaza at 3116 W. U.S. Route 22. The north Cincinnati suburb of North College Hill saw a new 9,930 square-foot Dollar Tree opening in the former Hollywood Video-anchored building located at 1571 W. Galbraith Road. And in the western Cincinnati area, Dollar Tree opened a new 11,128 square-foot store at 10501 New Haven Road in the Harrison Retail Center, anchored by Remke Market and Family Farm & Home.
