Valvoline Instant Oil Change celebrated the grand opening of their 38th service center in the Cincinnati-Dayton region, a brand-new 3-bay store opening on January 18th, 2022 in Huber Heights, OH just north of Dayton, OH.

Scott Saddlemire and Jeff Smith of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented Valvoline in the purchase of the site at 7480 Old Troy Pike, at the southeast corner of Old Troy Pike and Taylorsville Road. Valvoline Instant Oil Change and their franchisees operate over 1,900 service centers across the U.S., Canada, Mexico and China.
