The sale of the former Boca restaurant building in Cincinnati’s Northside neighborhood was brokered recently by Joshua Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group. Andy Brownfield, Senior staff reporter at Cincinnati Business Courier posted the story today writing, “A storied Northside restaurant space formerly home to Boca, Bistro Grace and Honey is getting new life after the building’s sale. Pour Lounge – Pour Only Unique and Rare is coming to 4034 Hamilton Avenue in Northside. Owner Desmond Gentry, who purchased the building for $295,000 on November 8, hopes to be open by December 31 of this year.
“Back in its heyday, people used to flock to this building from all over Greater Cincinnati to enjoy it’s cuisine, ambiance and charm so I’m relieved that the baton has now been passed to someone like Desmond who will finally restore its panache for the folks in Northside and beyond,” Rothstein said.
