OnSite Retail Group agents Josh Rothstein and Dave Sheehy recently closed a deal to bring Nekter Juice Bar to Oakley. Meghan Malas of the Cincinnati Business Courier wrote, “Nekter Juice Bar, a rapidly expanding juice bar franchise, is expected to open a location in October at Oakley Station, 3200 Vandercar Way.

“Since there’s been an uptick in folks embracing health and wellness, the brand has done really well,” franchisee Brad Downs said. “Once we get our name and our brand established within the community, it’s gonna really take off.” Malas continued, “Nekter Juice Bar, founded in Santa Ana, Calif., in 2010, is a modern juice bar concept offering fresh and nutrient-rich juices, smoothies, açaí bowls and healthy snacks at 170 restaurants across the U.S.”

Malas quoted Rothstein who represented the landlord in the transaction saying, “Once this space came available, I tried to hone in on a healthy option that would synergize best with Orange Theory Fitness and our other restaurant tenants, which Nekter does beautifully, making this an extremely well-balanced asset,” Rothstein said. Dave Sheehy represented Nekter Juice Bar in the new 10-year lease.
