Another Next Gen prototype Dunkin’ restaurant is in the planning stages in northeastern Columbus near New Albany on N. Hamilton Road. The new restaurant will be owned and operated by Cincinnati, OH-based Gilligan Company. The new restaurant will be located at the roundabout at the intersection of N. Hamilton Road and Old N. Hamilton Road, just south of SR 161 and adjacent to the 300-acre Hamilton Quarter mixed use development.

The new restaurant will be the first ground-up Dunkin’ to be developed by Gilligan Company. The company is actively working to expand Dunkin’s presence on the east side of Columbus with representation by OnSite Retail Group Principal, Scott Saddlemire.
