Cincinnati’s burgeoning Walnut Hills neighborhood will soon welcome a new tenant to the iconic Paramount Square building. The news of the new lease signing was reported by Cincinnati Business Courier Staff Reporter, Andy Brownfield, earlier this week. Brownfield wrote, “Sprints, a running apparel brand founded by Eric and Steph Rose, is opening up shop in the Paramount Building at the corner of Gilbert and East McMillan streets in Walnut Hills, shooting to move into its new digs by September 1.”

“Sprints is a colorful running brand of hats, visors, gaiters and jackets. Designs include patterns incorporating donuts, neon cheetahs, pigs with rainbow wings, donuts and pickles wearing sunglasses”, Brownfield said. OnSite Retail Group’s Zamaris “Z” Geleszinski represented the Roses in the new lease with the landlord, Model Group.
