Culver’s plans first Montgomery County location

April 1, 2021

Dayton Business Journal Senior Reporter, John Bush, broke the exciting news, writing “Montgomery County will soon welcome its first Culver’s restaurant — a fast-casual chain known for its “butterburgers” and frozen custard. The expansion will bring new jobs and another food option to the region.

Culver’s, a Wisconsin-based franchise with locations in Troy, Sidney and Monroe, is gearing to open its newest restaurant at 6425 Miller Lane in Vandalia. The chain is demolishing the former Ruby Tuesday’s location to make way for the restaurant, which will be built from the ground up.” Culver’s was represented in the acquisition of the former Ruby Tuesday property by Scott Saddlemire of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group.
