Dunkin’ fans, rejoice!  Greater Cincinnati’s newest Dunkin’ is opening today at 6315 South Gilmore Road in Fairfield, OH, just north of I-275 and in front of Meijer.  The new store is the 25^th Dunkin’ location for Cincinnati, OH-based franchisee, Gilligan Company, who also operates Dunkin’ locations in Dayton and Columbus.  Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group represented Gilligan Company in the land acquisition in Fairfield, and also represents Gilligan Company in the expansion efforts across Dayton and Columbus.
