Kristine Davidson of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group closed out 2020 on a strong note with longtime client, Dollar Tree. Davidson’s efforts saw the opening of three new stores late in 2020. The new stores are in Batavia, OH just east of Cincinnati, where Dollar Tree built a new 10,000 square-foot store; in the Easton development in Columbus, in the former Pier 1 Imports location; and in Hebron, KY in a portion of the former Remke Market on North Bend Rd.

Davidson also closed deals that will result in new Dollar Tree stores in 2021 in Troy, OH and another in Columbus, OH. The new Troy store at 940 N. Market Street will be 15,055 square feet, and Dollar Tree will be building a new ground-up store on Silver Drive near the Columbus Crew soccer stadium.
