Culver’s taking Ruby Tuesday site in Dayton

January 6, 2021

A key corner site in the northern suburban Dayton community of Vandalia will soon be home to a new Culver’s restaurant. Mark Fisher of Dayton Daily News reported on the event, writing that Culver’s “plans to start construction as early as this spring on its first Montgomery County location after purchasing a former Ruby Tuesday restaurant” at 6425 Miller Lane.

Scott Saddlemire of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented Culver’s franchisee, David Potts, in the purchase. Fisher explained, “The Miller Lane Culver’s will be the closest to Dayton for the Wisconsin-based restaurant chain, known for its ButterBurgers and Fresh Frozen Custard.

The chain operates more than 700 restaurants in 25 states and has a significant presence in Indiana.” More Dayton-area locations are likely in the future for Culver’s. To read Fisher’s full story, click here:  Culver’s taking Ruby Tuesday site in Dayton
