Online retailer, Simply Zero, recently signed a lease for a store in Cincinnati’s Over the Rhine neighborhood.  Cincinnati Business Courier’s Andy Brownfield reported today, “Simply Zero, which started as an Instagram blog before popping up at the City Flea and events around town, is getting a permanent brick-and-mortar space at 1235 Vine St. in Over-the-Rhine.  Owner Rachel Felous hopes to be open in time for the winter holidays.”  Simply Zero specializes in products to help its customers get closer to a zero waste lifestyle.  OnSite Retail Group’s Anthony Palazzolo represented Felous in the lease.  Palazzolo told Brownfield, “Simply Zero is dedicated to uplifting ethically sourced and sustainable products and I believe they fill a niche on Vine Street that doesn’t currently exist.  The community can look to them as a resource on how to reduce waste and contribute to a greener future.”
