Andrew Feinblatt and Eric Abroms of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented the building owners and secured a new tenant for a 1,365 square foot vacancy in the three-tenant retail center in front of Target on N. Fairfield Rd. in Beavercreek. Though building has been fully leased since it was built in 2019, one tenant never opened. The owner, BSM Beavercreek IV, LLC, was able to terminate that lease and create an opportunity for Waxxpot, which as described on their website is a clean, modern, unisex waxing salon focused on delivering a superior customer experience. Waxxpot is expected to open later this month. The company has one other Dayton-area location near Dayton Mall. Waxxpot will join Orange Theory Fitness and Premier Health Urgent Care in the center.
